Joseph Ogeto is the Director of research and holds an BA in Public Administration & French and an Master of Public Administration from the University of Nairobi. He has over 14 years experience in Market and social research across Sub Saharan Africa countries. He has previously worked with Research & Marketing Services (RMS), Research International in East Africa and Nigeria, TNS among other Pan African research agencies. Perfectly multi-lingual (English, French, Lingala, Swahili and other African languages).
Joseph has worked with many FMCG clients in understanding their consumers. Joseph has a mastery of several research techniques in Qualitative and Quantitative research to unearth deep consumer perceptions on brands and products. He has worked extensively on several consumer categories e.g. Telecomms, beverages (beer, spirits & Carbonated Soft drinks), Banking, Analgesics (pharmaceutical research). Joseph’s research experience spans across several Sub Saharan Africa countries including Ghana, Cameroon, Uganda, Kenya and Nigeria.
He is a member of the Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, Pan African Media Research Organization (PAMRO), European Society for Market Research (ESOMAR), Nigerian Market Research Association (NIMRA), Marketing society of Kenya (MSK) and Marketing & Social Research Association (MSRA-Kenya) and SAMRA- South African Marketing Research Association.
