Aarons Chea has wide experience in various facets of analysis and knowledge support systems, including Political and Socio-Economic and Development Research, Geo-marketing and Market Planning gained in many countries within Africa, and the Middle East.
He started his career as a Research Executive at Research International in Kenya in 1999 before relocating to Groupe-Cible SARL in Cameroon where he attained the level of Research Director, a position he held up-to May 2007. He relocated to Uganda to be Marketing Manager at Zain Uganda up-to January 3 1999 when he was promoted to become Group Business & Consumer Insight Manager, at Zain headquarters in Bahrain. He returned to Kenya in June 2010 and was Airtel’s Group Customer & Market Research Manager, up-to March 2012. He further worked as a Research Consultant for Africa for an international research organization based in Washington DC, USA until 2014 when he became a Managing Partner at Global Research Insights in Nairobi.
Aarons holds a first degree in Education, Arts specializing in Economics and French and a Diploma in Community Health from Moi University. He is due to graduate with a Master of Public Health from Hertfordshire University in the UK.
